The Department of Social Services City of Cartagena has organized a year, summer schools aimed at seniors will run until July 15.
The building of La Milagrosa has hosted this morning, July 4, the opening of the eighth edition of these schools has been made by the councilor for the Quality of Life, Francisco Calderon and the Executive Councillor for Social Services, Carmen Martin which they have been accompanied by the coordinator of Social Services, Damián Pérez.
Summer School is a program of activities that prolong the actions throughout the year by the Department of Social Services but in a more playful way, covering a creative and educational way deocio the summer time.
Students in these courses seek new knowledge and broaden their circle of peers during the summer.
Summer Schools are aimed at people who come individually or as part of larger losclubes Cartagena, Day Centers, or centers of Murciano Institute of Social Action IMAS.
This year activities will take place on the ground floor of the building of La Milagrosa between 10:00 and 12:30 in the morning.
