The ADLE closed on Tuesday Occupational Training course Basic Operations Kitchen (01/07/2016)

The Agency for Local Development and Employment of Cartagena (ALDE), will close next Wednesday, July 6, the occupational training course Basic Operations Kitchen, a free course with certification of professionalism, which is aimed at training unemployed for they acquire vocational skills for employment.

The closing ceremony will take place at 18:30 hours in the building of La Milagrosa and will be attended by Deputy Mayor and President of the Agency of Local Development and Employment, Ana Belen Hernandez Castejon and Diego Peñarrubia Blasco Manager and technicians from that entity.

The course, conducted by the ADLE within the range 2015 as a collaborating center of the Regional Employment Service and Training, co-financed by the European Social Fund, has had a duration of 350 hours and has been aimed at young students under 30 low-skilled and who have completed their theoretical part with suitable rating of 12 students.

The training itinerary of this professional certificate Level 1 has contained modules such as provisioning, pre-processing and culinary conservation, Standards and sanitary conditions in restoration, or development of combined and snacks among other dishes.

To complete the training includes a module of professional no work practices 80 hours to perform in hospitality companies in Cartagena.

These 12 students will practice from day 8 to 29 July in restaurants La Tartana;

The Tapería, La Brasa, Hotel Los Habaneros, Hotel Alfonso XIII, Churrascos and Restaurant Restaurant Hammer, with the aim that students acquire all the skills necessary to complete their training, and to achieve their employment.
