The spokesman for the Municipal People's Party, Francisco Espejo, thanked this morning the majority confidence of Cartagena in the draft People's Party, which has been the only formations that has grown in votes in Cartagena, while the PSOE has stagnated and therefore we as citizens suffer major setbacks, 24 and 8% respectively over the general elections in December.
Espejo said expect a responsible party who lost the elections and understand that the will of the citizens, who have dyed blue electoral map of Spain must be respected attitude.
As has happened in the rest of Spain, citizens in Cartagena "have chosen moderation and good decisions Mariano Rajoy and should be he who continue to lead the Government to get Spain out of the crisis definitively."
According to the spokesman, the results are not directly extrapolated to the municipal level, but if they help understand the vision that citizens have of the political parties and their commitment to moderation against extremism.
In the municipal key, Mirror recalled that "the mayor asked the vote for the PSOE in December and lost, and now did not want to support the PP and has lost again."
Leadership Pedro Antonio
Mirror highlighted the excellent results achieved by the Popular Party in the Region of Murcia "that have been the best of the PP in Spain and show that the leadership of Pedro Antonio Sánchez convinces and is capable of transmitting hope to the whole party."
