Cartagena is united in one voice by the World Refugee Day (20/06/2016)

Councillor for Social Services, Carmen Martin, has been one of the visible heads from the City of Cartagena has joined the commemoration of the World Day of Refugees, which since 2001 is celebrated internationally on June 20 .
