Much More May alter public spaces with facilities that will look Cartagena with new eyes (23/05/2016)

A total of fifteen of the most varied facilities have begun to occupy urban spaces in the city for the festival Much More May, which began on Sunday 22 and will last until May 29.

The tour continued by the San Sebastian Plaza where passersby were impressed watching an egg three meters by which people can poke through small holes.

The author is Isabel Lavelle, which aims to reflect on what went before and what we are capable of allowing it, pretending the egg as a possibility, as the origin, life without labels.

Also in the Plaza San Francisco found under the main theme of the festival, gender equality in culture, a cubic system with photo frames that show inside a mannequin with images that draw attention to the role of women in art throughout history, which has been mainly object.

Finally, Deputy Mayor has seen a photographic mural on the street Serreta focuses on exchanging figures of women and men alike claim as a symbol of equality.

In addition to these facilities, as commented Deputy Mayor are a way to give wings to creativity and culture thanks to this emerging art festival, there will be more throughout the city.
