Cartageneros youth enrolled in the program Youth Guarantee benefit from various training activities that complement the work of orientation of technical personnel assigned to the program.

YOUTH PROGRAM WARRANTY
Youth Guarantee Program is funded by the European Social Fund.
It is a European initiative that aims to facilitate the access of young people to the labor market.
In Spain it is part of the Youth Entrepreneurship Strategy approved in February 2013 by the Ministry of Employment and Social Security.
Its purpose is that young people are not occupied, or integrated systems of education or training, and who are over 16 and under 30, to receive an offer of employment, education, training, apprenticeship or internship after finishing education Formal or become unemployed.
