Four companies choose to project valorization of the Shrine of him nsula II of the Roman Forum (30/03/2016)

PROJECT FORUM ROMANO

This project, which is funded by the Repsol Foundation and sponsored by the City of Cartagena, has a budget of 417,990 euros and a lead time of six months.

The objective is the restoration and commissioning tourist and cultural value of the excavated area of ​​about 1,000 sqm, which was identified as the most important element, a sanctuary dedicated to Isis and Serapis oriental gods, and the delimitation part two blocks related to the urban fabric of the city.

The action aims to bring this area as visitable and incorporate the rest of the visit of the Barrio del Roman Forum, and includes an archaeological work required for the valorization of ghosts architectural elements, performances of restoration and conservation, to prevent deterioration of good recovered.

OTHER ISSUES
