Federico Mayor Zaragoza opens next Monday the series of lectures on the Nobel Prizes in Cartagena (04/03/2016)

Through five papers in the hands of Federico Mayor Zaragoza, Margarita Salas, Juan Angel Alvarez, Aurora Silva, Rafael Morales-Arce, Rafael Bachiller and Maria Cascales, citizens will know more closely the Nobel Peace Prize, Chemistry, Literature , Economics, Physics and Physiology or Medicine 2015.

The Nobel Prizes were instituted as a last will in 1885 of Swedish industrialist Alfred Nobel, and first awarded in 1901 in the categories of Physiology or Medicine, Physics, Chemistry, Literature and Peace.

On December 10, the anniversary of Nobel's death, the ceremony in which the King of Sweden delivered a gold medal, diploma and monetary amount set by the Nobel Foundation celebrated the winners.
