The Deputy Mayor will close this afternoon Occupational Training Course Basic Operations kitchen ADLE (23/02/2016)

Since the Agency of Local Development and Employment of Cartagena (ALDE), as a collaborating center of the Regional Employment Service and Training, are being made ​​courses free occupational training financed by the European Social Fund with professional certificates, aimed at training for unemployed to contribute to the acquisition of skills and qualifications of quality that favor their employment.

This afternoon, Tuesday, February 23, at 18:00 in La Milagrosa will proceed to the closing ceremony of the Occupational Training Course Basic Operations 2014-2064 Cocin AC-350 teaching hours, aimed at young students under 30 years with low qualifications and who have completed their theoretical part with 13 students pass mark.

The event was attended by the Deputy Mayor and Chair of the ADLE, Castejon Ana Belen Hernandez and Diego Peñarrubia manager and technicians of the entity.

The formation process of the professional certificate Level 1 has contained modules with topics such as sourcing, preprocessing and culinary conservation, procurement of raw materials in kitchen or combination of cocktails and snacks among other dishes.

The module does not have internships working 80 hours performed on hospitality companies in Cartagena, 12 students will practice in restaurants La Manga Club, La Tartana;

The Tapería, Los Habaneros, Los Churrascos and La Antigua Maestranza, with the aim that students acquire all the skills necessary to complete their training and to get their employment.
