Group Agrochemical R & D, Technology and Management of Soil and Substrates hand researchers José Álvarez and Hector Conesa address the characterization and restoration of degraded soils of the municipality using urban organic waste for compost production.

The Group R & D Mediterranean hortofloricultura with Encarna Conesa and Jesus Ochoa will focus on adapted to our climatic conditions and landscape design green infrastructure.

The Group R & D Engineering and Infrastructure Transport, lideardo by Pilar Jimenez, will focus on the design phase of an integrated plan for sustainable urban mobility for the municipality of Cartagena.

Research Group Management of Water Resources, led by Sandra Garcia, will focus on the identification of actions for forecasting, monitoring and extent of flooded areas and compliance in the municipality of Cartagena, conducting an assessment and raising proposals prevention, protection and preparedness against floods.

The Group R & D Systems Mobile Communications will develop a platform to achieve a comprehensive settlement of all ICT City of Cartagena.
