The Labor Project received 250 applications for 30 spots (15/06/2010)

The project work of the Agency of Local Development and Employment (ALDE) has closed the student selection process for the V and final phase, in which there have been a total of 450 people.

The 30 places on offer correspond to guard health courses, emergency medical transport, emergency and technical measures mass emergencies and lifeguards and monitor nautical sports.

On June 4, came the final list of the 10 students who chose to guard course, starting this year on June 7.

The final list of selected students that applied for the lifeguard and Trasnporte courses (10 students per course) and the reserve list, came out on June 11, starting the last course on the 14th of this month.

Students will be training throughout the working schedule, guiding tutored by the ALDE, and charge for the duration of a fellowship training course for 6 euros a day.

At the end of the training period, students begin their internship period non-work related business courses taken.

This V is the last phase of the project work being funded by the Local Employment Development Agency and European Social Fund.

It lasts about three months from 9:30 to 13:30.

The project work began in September 2008 with a total of 5 phases that have been put in place a total of 15 training courses with 210 students users of the project.

Currently, 45 students in the courses of the Phase IV: lifeguards, health and security guard dining service for children and seniors, have completed the period of employment practices, by terminating their training project.

For the course of Celador Health has enjoyed the cooperation of: Perpetual Help Hospital, University Hospital Santa María del Rosell, General Hospital and Holy Defense Basic and Royal Hospital of Charity.

Integral to the course of Dining Services for Children and the Elderly has enjoyed the cooperation of: AMG Integrated Services, say it, Plabel Multiservice SERUNION, Catering and Restaurant, The Golden Age Messengers of Peace (home Virgen del Mar) and Residential Perín cottage.

Lifeguards for the course has had the collaboration of: Rescue Service, Cenic Service, Rowing Federation of the Region of Murcia and Real Club de Regatas de Cartagena.

The objective has been pursued during the course of the project, has been and is to provide jobseekers and trained labor practice, to obtain a professional qualification, equipping them with the skills and attitudes needed to specialize in various trades.
