However, the wind of the last weeks has accelerated the deposit of algae that must be removed to avoid decomposition.

The algae that have been deposited on the sandy areas that face the Mediterranean Sea will be left on the shore to protect the beaches from future storms, following the recommendations of the technicians.
These are algae deposits that, due to their quantity and characteristics, do not pose any health risks or discomfort due to decomposition and, nevertheless, reduce the effect of the sea on the sand in the event of strong winds again.
