| In her traditional speech, the mayor has sent a message of encouragement to those who have suffered the most and hope that this difficult year will come to an end | The mayor of Cartagena, Ana Bel n Castej n, on behalf of the municipal corporation she represents, congratulated the people of Cartagena on Christmas by launching a message of "gratitude, encouragement and hope." Thank you, for the exemplary behavior of citizens and entities in a year marked by the pandemic; of encouragement, for those who have suffered the most from the effects of the health crisis; and of hope, in that this difficult situation will come to an end. In addition to wishing a prosperous 2021, the first mayor recalled that we must not relax and continue to maintain the measures that guarantee our safety and that of ours.
