| The works began this Monday and consist of repairing the damaged sections of the platform, which will be replaced by a metal sheet and the replacement of the metal tubes of the railing | The Department of Infrastructures has begun the repair and painting works of the pedestrian walkway in the Rambla de Benipila to improve this widely used infrastructure by connecting the city with the Cartagonova stadium."The works began this Monday and consist of repairing the damaged sections of the platform, which will be replaced by a metal sheet and the replacement of the metal tubes of the railing," as reported by the area councilor, María Casajús, who has explained that "later, there will be sanding, cleaning and painting of the walkway and railing with the albinegros colors that represent our FC Cartagena team".Casajús has indicated that "it was an action that we had planned to carry out before summer but the delays in the procedures imposed by the State of Alarm prevented us from starting on the scheduled dates." The action has a budget of 41,187.80 euros and an execution period of one month.
