| The work, 'The footprint of Miguel Hernández: in Cartagena, La Unión and Cabo de Palos', is part of the Cartagena Collection of the publisher MALBEC | 'The footprint of Miguel Hernández: in Cartagena, La Unión and Cabo de Palos' is the new work presented by the Cartagena writer María Victoria Martín González, within the Cartagena Collection of the MALBEC publishing house and which has had the collaboration of the Carmen Board of Trustees Conde and the Miguel Hernández Foundation.The Councilor for Culture, David Martínez Noguera, recalled that "in 2016 the municipal plenary session of the Cartagena City Council declared Cartagena a Hernandian city on the 75th anniversary of his death, and now that 2020 marks the 110th anniversary of the birth of Miguel Hernández we want to continue showing the important link that the writer had with the municipality.

We do so with the publication of this work that offers unpublished data on the poet.

""From the Carmen Conde Board of Trustees, specifically from the Department of Culture, we appreciate this hard work of research and data collection carried out by María Victoria Martín because, together with the verses of Miguel Hernández, Carmen Conde and Antonio Oliver, they make this book is a new tourist guide for Cartagena and the Region ", indicated the councilor.It is a poetic, historical and tourist essay that invites you to take a cultural trip.

María Victoria Martín explained that "the book presents literary tourism, understanding that literature can be lived in the street, since on the occasion of Miguel Hernández you can take a tour of Cartagena, La Unión and Cabo de Palos; biographical references of which there is evidence regarding the author ".For his part, Javier Salinas, editor of MALBEC ediciones, thanked the City Council, the Carmen Conde Board of Trustees and the Miguel Hernández Foundation for their collaboration to carry out the collaboration of this book, as well as the author herself for her great work.

"The publisher of this work has been working on publishing books for five years and has published nearly 90 titles, to support young and talented people," he said.For two years, the author has collected unpublished and memorable photos, documents and correspondence to provide evidence and arguments.

As she herself points out "it is not a book of occurrences or suggestions, but of argued evidence.In addition, María Victoria Martín recalled that the main objective is "to draw a cultural circuit of literary vocation linked to people, landscapes, historical events, social movements that penetrate the work and the vision of society of the young Miguel Hernández".ABOUT THE AUTHORM.ª Victoria Martín is a Doctor of Hispanic Philology from the University of Murcia.

Since reading her doctoral thesis in 1995, she has dedicated her studies to the world of Carmen Conde, making publications, conferences and activities to disseminate the life and work of the writer.Between 2004 and 2011, he participated in the Literary Routes Program of the Ministry of Education.

In 2007 he organized and coordinated the Carmen Conde y su tiempo cycle, and in 2009 he advised and participated in the organization of the European Literary Marathon.
