Cartagena will show its gastronomy and archaeological heritage in the cooking program "Las Rutas D´Ambrosio" on TVE (06/11/2020)

A journey that will take you to delight and delight in the rich local gastronomy, linked to our heritage, since part of its recipes will be developed with ingredients that will make us savor Roman pleasures that connect us with our past ”.The mayor explained that "the recording has taken place in various settings, and in particular, in the Roman Theater of Cartagena, and will be broadcast next March in its program" Las Rutas D´Ambrosio "on TVE“.The chef of the program, Gonzalo D'Ambrosio, based in Madrid where he has worked for more than nine years, giving cooking classes in schools and privately, has his own TV program where we can see it on Canal Cocina (Spain) and on ElGourmet (Latin America) in "Fácil y Resultón" and in "Un trío en la Cocina", and now we can travel with him through Spain through "Las Rutas D´Ambrosio" of RTVE.
