| The Los Dolores Campus today started a week of information and activities so that new students can get to know the university, get prizes and obtain advantages by discovering the trimillennial | From this morning until Friday, October 30, the UCAM Campus in Cartagena will celebrate the #HolaUCAM university welcome event, which consists mainly of proposals through the internet but with the intention of also having an impact on the city through collaboration agreements with local entities and businesses. In this sense, the Catholic University facilitates that its students, especially international ones and those who come from other provinces, know the attractions of the city through an agreement of special advantages with Cartagena Puerto de Culturas, but also that they enjoy local commerce thanks to specific discounts in establishments of the Open Shopping Center and other SMEs in the municipality. On the one hand, the UCAM has programmed a solidarity virtual race in favor of laluchadeabril.org, an initiative that aims to help the 3-year-old girl Abril, diagnosed with a genetic-based disease classified as ultra rare, with an enrollment of at minus 2 euros that will give the right to enter the draw for several prizes. On the other hand, throughout the week virtual stands will be opened to inform about the services and projects that university students have at their disposal to further enrich your university stage.

The only face-to-face activity at the Los Dolores Campus will be the delivery of a welcome pack to newly registered students. Specifically, the staff of the International Service will explain the offer of the Higher School of Languages ??(training in English, Spanish and sign language, among others, with its face-to-face and online variables) and the International Mobility programs such as Erasmus Scholarships, Latin America, North America and Asia.

In addition, the activities scheduled within the agenda Ñ will be explained.
