| Participants will perform different functions such as capacity controls, informative advice or accompaniment in guided visits | The Implicad2 program of the Youth Council opens today, Wednesday October 14, the registration period for the call for volunteers for the XII edition of The Night of Museums, which will be held on November 14.People interested in participating in any of the volunteer activities may register online, through the web portal https://lanochedelosmuseos.cartagena.es/, before November 6.Those who wish to participate will opt for the different functions to be carried out in the different museums, such as capacity controls, informative advice and logistical support, as well as accompaniment on the routes and guided visits, which will take place throughout that day.

, receiving as compensation for their work a maintenance during the development of the activity, and a specific accreditation to the duration and task performed.

In addition, at the end of the activity, they will enjoy a free and personal pass, with the option of attending with a companion, to all the museums and archaeological sites of the city, valid for the months of December to January.In this sense, the Councilor for Youth, David Martínez Noguera, stated that “volunteers have become a fundamental pillar so that events such as The Night of the Cartagena Museums are special since, without whose help, their realization would be impossible ”.Students studying at the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT), the UMU or ISEN will be able to benefit from ˝ ECTS credit, for the performance of their work as volunteers of The Night of the Museums.The volunteers that participate in this event will be subject to the health measures established by competent authorities.For more information, interested persons may contact the IMPLICA2 program of the Youth Council through the email implica2@ayto-cartagena.es or by calling 968 128 862.
