The contest that arises this year, in which you can participate either as a member of a musical group or as a soloist, is aimed at young people between 16 and 35 years old who were born in Cartagena or who are residing in the city on its publication date.“The Music Festival returns one more year as an initiative to show all the musical talent that exists among our young people.

This year, in addition, we are convinced that it will be a very important boost for Culture, which has suffered so much during the health crisis caused by the Coronavirus, ”said the Councilor for Youth, David Martínez.CONTEST AWARDSA first prize that will enable the recording, mixing and mastering of a single, in addition to its musical production, in the facilities that the Department of Youth has at the Youth Center of Quarries.A second prize will be made available to the classifieds and for one year in one of the rehearsal rooms located, also, in the Youth Center of Canteras.

In addition, both winners will be invited to participate in the 2021 Music Festival.TO PARTICIPATE The application submission period will start on June 22, 2020 and end on August 23, 2020.
