All ready for the reopening of the municipal services of the City Council as of June 15 (12/06/2020)

| Some of these services, such as the Autonomous Organism of Revenue Management, already opened its doors on June 1 and others such as Urban Planning, Statistics and Registration do so by appointment | Everything is ready for the Cartagena City Council to completely reopen municipal services to the public next Monday, June 15, with the face-to-face attention of officials in the entire dependencies.

After being interrupted by the health crisis of the covid-19, except for the service that was enabled for the issuance of digital certificates in the Municipal General Registry.Some of these municipal services, such as the Autonomous Collection Management Agency, already opened its doors on June 1, without an appointment, to facilitate the payment of taxes.

Citizens must respect the safety distance of two meters at the entrances and inside the building and comply with hygiene measures and the established signage.Thus, starting on Monday, the Municipal Services located on the different floors of the Administrative Building on Calle San Miguel, whose main function is not customer service, will have on each floor of the building an "exclusive point of face-to-face care", to that by prior telephone appointment, the citizen can be attended by the competent official depending on the location of the Service and the corresponding plant.The visit of the citizen will be previously controlled at the porter's attention point located at the entrance to the building on the ground floor and from there, the citizen will be indicated to go to the corresponding floor where the service is located, at the “Exclusive attention point face-to-face ”where you must wait to be attended and for which the gatekeepers located in plants will be support and liaison.The direct attendance services to the public located on the ground floor will have an appointment that will be obtained by the citizen through the municipal website and the following telephone numbers:Urban Planning Information- Telephone 968 128 834General Registry- telephone 968 128 818Tax Management- telephone 968 128 865Treasury- telephone 968 128 843On the day of the appointment, the citizen must confirm the previous appointment at the machine located in the lobby of the building next to the point of attention to the goalkeeper citizen, with a margin of 15 minutes before and after the appointment time.From there, the porters of the point of care will assist the citizen in confirming the appointment and will indicate the place on the ground floor where they must wait to be attended.The Local Police will ensure citizen security and that of public employees in the municipal building, for which it will adopt the pertinent measures that may correspond.
