During the State of Alarm, the collaboration with Metalox has allowed the hiring of Mª José Sánchez, who has been able to return from Germany, where she worked as a welder, and who has already joined the team of the Cartagena company. This hiring case is added to the services that the program usually offers and that it has maintained during the State of Alarm due to the health crisis of COVID-19, which include orientation, support, prospecting and dissemination of the program, actions that have been adapted to the current situation, becoming aware of the difficulties and the strategic changes of the companies and collaborating entities, as well as the situation that the young users of this initiative of the council that David Martínez is running are going through. In this way, the program has been able to continue developing its service at defined hours and with the usual work rhythm, since much of its activity is carried out in telework format.
