On the occasion of the State of Alarm decreed by the crisis of COVID-19, the Department of Culture of the City of Cartagena reports that all its centers and services such as: Ramón Alonso Luzzy Cultural Center, Archaeological Museum, Municipal Archive, Restoration Workshop and rooms of exhibitions, Popular University, libraries, cultural programs and scheduled festivals, will remain closed and suspended respectively until normality is restored, following the instructions of the health authority, which will be duly communicated by the municipal telematic means.
