Given the situation that arose due to the outbreak of coronavirus (Covid-19), the declaration of a global pandemic by the WHO (World Health Organization) and the State of Alert decreed by the Government restricting freedom of movement, avoiding group contact In the case of a public health situation and in order to preserve the health of our employees, our collaborators and our clients, Navantia has decided to take the following measures:

Adapt NAVANTIA's activity to the health crisis situation by taking the exceptional and limited-time measures that are necessary to guarantee the health of workers while mitigating the health, social and economic impact.

Maintain the activity of all those activities that do not require a physical presence using all the available computer and connection means and using for the coordination meetings the available connection means VTC, Skype, Teams, Call, etc.

Create a Central Emergency Committee that will be responsible for monitoring the measures that are being taken and coordinating the Emergency Committees of each workplace.

Create an Emergency Committee in each work center made up of managers of the center and workers' representatives, who will meet daily and will monitor the situation

For this reason, as of Monday, the presence in the workplace will only be limited to workers associated with activities considered essential or essential and will subsequently be expanded.

These measures are intended to preserve the health of the entire workforce and of our collaborators, appealing to everyone's responsibility so that it has the least impact on public health and the company's activity.

This measure will be communicated today to the workforce of all work centers, collaborating industries and clients.

Once the situation is normalized, activities will resume immediately to ensure compliance with all programs.
