After learning about the latest measures that the Regional Government has provided to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 Coronavirus, The Federation of AA.VV, Consumers and Users of Cartagena and the "Fernando Garrido" Region recommends that all its associations suspend those activities that agglutinate to a considerable number of people.
We place special emphasis on family raffles and dances that neighborhoods from the different areas usually attend every week.
We cannot avoid that, without being alarmists, the Coronavirus spreads with some ease and this type of meeting what it can promote is that the number of infections increases.
In fact, this Federation has made the decision not to sell the family raffle cards until further notice.
We believe that it is everyone's responsibility to collaborate to prevent the spread of the virus and with these measures we can help, showing our civility and solidarity, always being attentive to the recommendations they make from the Ministry of Health or from the Ministry itself.
From FAVCAC, we ask the Boards of the Neighborhood Associations to extend these recommendations to all their members, always with caution and without falling into alarm.
We are confident that with the collaboration of citizens, this virus, which affects many countries, can be stopped.
