MC demands the immediate diversion of the high voltage line of the Polígono Santa Ana (12/03/2020)

Yesterday, the MC Cartagena Municipal Group, represented by the spokesman, José López, the councilors María José Soler, Enrique Pérez and Arantxa Pérez, and the members of the Los Dolores Neighborhood Board, held a working meeting with a group of residents of the Polígono Santa Ana.

On this matter, José López has pointed out that the neighbors "told us yesterday that some members of the Government have committed with them the diversion of the high-voltage line that crosses the Avenida Venecia of the Polígono Santa Ana, in particular Mr. Padín."

After that meeting, this morning, the Municipal Group MC has registered a document in which, after becoming aware of this situation, the Mayor's Office is urged to immediately comply with the motion approved in plenary on December 4, 2019, by the that the diversion of the high-voltage line that crosses the Santa Ana Industrial Estate should be carried out, including in the municipal budget for 2020 the item that corresponds to this action.

López explained that "if they do not, we will ask for it by amendment to this year's accounts, taking into account that both the PP and the fugitives as well as Mr. Padín with his two votes, can approve this action, so if it does not come out ahead, the neighbors must know that it is because they do not want 'La Trinca' as a whole and neither Castejón, Arroyo or Padín separately ".

"Even Padín himself can calculate that his two votes, together with the twelve from the opposition, allow this action," concluded the Cartagena spokesman.
