The traditional Literary Call of the Holy Week in Cartagena, which this year celebrates its 50th edition, held on Thursday, February 27, a special event for its half century of life to remember those people who have planted one throughout this time of the most emblematic cultural acts of Lenten Cartagenera.
The event was attended by the Councilor for the Area of ​​Culture, Youth and Equality, David Martínez, and the reading of the proclamation was given by the butler of the California Brotherhood and honorary president of the Santiago Association, Manuel Salmerón Martínez, in the parish of Santa María de Gracia, under the direction of the poet Rosario del Carmen García Romero.
Other poets like María Luisa Carrión Fernández, Miguel Alberto Guillén Pérez, Ana Ros Serrano, Ángel Joaquín García-Bravo González and Antonio Navarro Zamora also participated.
The Sauces Musical Group performed the musical accompaniment of the act with different interventions of processional marches, both fragmented and complete, of Mektub, Our Father Jesus Nazarene, Prayer and Solemnity.
