The general secretary of the PSRM-PSOE and spokesman of the Socialist Parliamentary Group, Diego Conesa, has assured that the PSOE of Cartagena, with Manuel Torres as general secretary, will work tirelessly to be a useful instrument and face the enormous challenges that the port city has .
"Today is an important day for the PSOE of Cartagena and for the PSRM, because it shows the strength of a 140-year-old party, accompanied by the strength of a city like Cartagena," he said.
Diego Conesa has made these statements at the Congress of the Socialist Party of Cartagena, and has ensured that the entire municipal Executive will work from a progressive position being in each of the neighborhoods and corners of the municipality.
"With Manuel Torres in charge, a new project that will have all the support of the PSRM starts. We have to work to inspire and to be a useful instrument at the service of Cartagena, to face inequality and all social, environmental and economic challenges that the city has, "he said.

For his part, the general secretary of the PSOE of Cartagena, Manuel Torres, has indicated that a new stage of the match begins in this city.
