The Cavalcade of Kings of Cartagena 2020 will feature this year with 17 floats that will parade through the streets of Cartagena on the afternoon of January 5.

In total, thirteen floats of the Neighborhood Associations of the municipality of Cartagena, the three of the Magi and one of the English Court will participate in the parade, which will close the Christmas program.

This Thursday, December 12, there has been a draw for the Neighborhood Associations that will be held at the Three Kings Parade.

The councilor of the area of ​​Public Safety, Public Road and Celebrations of the City of Cartagena, Juan Pedro Torralba, has been responsible for announcing the winners of the draw.

in the Councilors Room on the first floor of the San Miguel Administrative Building.

The Neighborhood Associations that will participate in the parade are Canteras, Nueva Cartagena, La Vaguada, Santa Lucía, Galifa, Ramón y Cajal, Barrio de la Cocepción, Mediterranean Urbanization, Sector Sector, Campillo de Adentro, Barriada San Cristobal, La Aparecida and Virgen de la Caridad neighborhood.

As a novelty, of the 17 floats, the four not selected, Barriada Santísima Trinidad, San Antonio Abad, Cuesta Blanca and Ensache Almarjal, will participate directly in the Cavalcade of Kings of Cartagena 2021. Those who participated this year will enter the traditional raffle of floats.

The floats that participate this year are of various themes, films and animated series such as Snow White and the 7 dwarfs, Birds and flamingos, swans and boat, Pepa Pig, The Little Mermaid, Chinese Dragon, the Lion King: the raised lion, the Smurfs , Mario Bros, The Lion King Guard, Dragon Ball, Toy Story and a buggy with their horses.

To this float will be added in the parade the three of their Majesties the Magi from the East, one of the English Court and numerous animation groups and musical groups that will bring magic, fantasy and illusion to the smallest of Cartagena.
