The Forum II Building in Cartagena already has a point of attention to the citizen (05/12/2019)

This property houses the Office of the SEF, offices of the SEPE, Labor Conciliation and the General Directorate of Natural Environment, which are now added services that were located in the Forum I Building

The Citizen Attention Service (SAC), under the Ministry of Transparency, Participation and Public Administration, has launched today, Thursday, December 5, a point of welcome to the user in the Cartagena Forum Building II.

This position, occupied by a worker of the SAC, will allow the citizen to be referred to those responsible for each existing unit in this multipurpose building.

This property already housed the SEF Office in the municipality, dependencies of the State Public Employment Service (SEPE), Labor Conciliation and the General Directorate of Natural Environment, to which the specialized services that were located in the Forum I building, and moving through the establishment in said headquarters of the Ministry of Tourism, Youth and Sports.

The services recently added to the Forum II Building are Energy and Industrial and Mining Activity;

Fisheries and Aquaculture, and Sports Ports, respectively dependent on the Department of Business, Agriculture and Development.

Apart from this reception point and the specialized services that are transferred to the Forum II building, the Office of Records Assistance will continue to serve in the Forum I building in Cartagena, where citizens can continue to go to request any information of a general nature that they need, as well as to submit applications for any public administration.

Located on Avenida de Murcia, 7, the Office of the SEF of Cartagena occupies the ground, first and second floors of the Forum II Building.

On the ground floor, where the reception point is now installed, it has an area of ​​self-information services with computers so that the user can carry out procedures, courses or any other activity through the Internet.

In addition, it has a dozen service positions for quick tasks.
