Archaeologists and tourism professionals show Cartagena's heritage in solidarity with autism (12/11/2019)

On Saturday, November 23, the Autismo Somos Todos association organized the II Solidarity Archaeological Route.

Visitors can get to know in depth, by the hand of archaeologists and tourism professionals, the two main archaeological sites of the city, the Roman Theater and the Barrio del Foro Romano.

In addition, on this occasion, the visit is focused on knowing how the environment of these monuments was in ancient times.

The participants will be guided by the Roman Theater and the hill of the Conception, showing how the highest hill in the city was 2000 years ago.

For those who are accompanied by children, the 'Carthaginian and Roman Workshop' will be offered, where the children will face a battle of questions and answers focused on the conquest of the city.

The Barrio del Foro Romano will be the starting point to discover the archaeological remains preserved in the Windlass.

We will climb the hill to know it in depth.

For children, the 'Small Archaeologists Workshop' has been prepared here, where they will practice our work and can demonstrate their artistic gifts.

Two passes have been programmed in each place, at 10 and 12 o'clock, which can be combined to cover both sites.

The workshops are intended for children between 6 and 12 years.

Places are limited.

The cost of each activity, including workshops, is € 5 per person.

Also, there is Zero Row.

In order to participate in the activities it is necessary to make a previous reservation on the phone 636898037 or in the email events@autismosomostodos.org, before November 21.
