This Friday, October 25 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Youth Resource Center, the psychologist and family therapist Juan Carlos Morcillo, a member of the School of Free Thought, will give the workshop 'Dare to think for yourself.

How to exercise dialogue between people with and without disabilities', within the cycle Thinking the Disability of the Cartagena Piensa program

This workshop tries to dedicate some time, in the format of an experiential workshop, to reflect and become aware of the fact of being people with many potentials, regardless of whether we have limitations, and relate it to the great themes of thought: critical thinking, emotions and think the values.

Among its objectives are to know the experience of the School of Free Thought, become aware of our potential as thinking beings and identify our own and other people's abilities to dialogue and make decisions.

This workshop is aimed at professionals, parents and anyone interested.

The School of Free Thought (EPL) is a school of dialogue for citizens with and without intellectual disabilities.

The success of the pioneering experience of the School of Free Thought of the Valencian Community (EPL) has led to the initiation of a Free Thought Pilot Project in other autonomous communities of the Spanish territory.

This piloting is the result of the collaboration between the full inclusion of the Confederation, the full inclusion of the Valencian Community, the Philosophy Center for Children of the Valencian Community and the Philosophy Center for the Children of Spain and is supervised by the EPL.

There are currently four autonomous communities (Galicia, Castilla y León, Castilla La Mancha and Murcia) in the pilot phase.

Juan Carlos Morcillo García is a Psychologist, systemic family therapist and is a Specialist in the field of personal autonomy promotion.

It belongs to the School of Free Thought.
