The personnel of the Local Police of Cartagena are intensifying the tasks of surveillance of the promenades and coastal areas with motorcycle patrols.

As explained by the Councilor for Public Safety, Juan Pedro Torralba, “the initiative is already underway on beaches such as Los Nietos, Los Urrutias, Minor Islands, Mar de Cristal, Isla Plana, Playa Honda, La Azoh�a and La Manga and with this will guarantee the safety of tourists and bathers in the towns of the Cartagena coast ”.

The objective of this campaign is to offer information to the citizen and guarantee a peaceful coexistence and safety on the beaches of Cartagena.

The mayor recalled that for any type of emergency citizens should call 112.
