The camping par excellence of La Manga, Villas Caravaning, celebrates its popular festivities, from Friday July 19 to Saturday August 17, with activities designed for all ages, in which there is no lack of music, dancing and many competitions.
The parties are organized by the Association of Residents Camping Caravaning Caravaning La Manga, in collaboration with the Department of Celebrations of the City of Cartagena.
The parties will begin this Friday, July 19 with the family lottery, which will run until midnight.
An activity that is also scheduled for Saturday, July 20 and Friday, July 26.
The inscription and election of the Mises and Ladies of the Fiestas will take place on Saturday, July 27, in an act that will also house family lottery draws during the intermissions of the different days of the popular festivities.
The act of coronation of the chosen ones will take place on Friday, August 9.
The first fortnight of August brings together the bulk of the activities that make up the program of parties 2019. Thus, Saturday August 3 will take place the petanque competition and during the night you can enjoy music and family lottery, from 22 hours .
It is worth mentioning that the inscriptions to the sports competitions will be held from July 30 to August 5, except for Petanca, whose inscriptions will be made before the start of the activity.
The proclamation, made by the president of the Carnival of Cartagena, Carmen Sanchez, will be pronounced on Friday, August 9, which will be preceded by a parade in charge of Comparsa Paraíso and Comparsa Aradia and after which you can taste a sangria camper
During the afternoon of Saturday, August 10, the Zumba masterclass will take place and it will be from 10 pm when the performance of the 'Aires de la Calle' orchestra begins.
The Paella Day for 500 rations will be held on Sunday August 12, whose tickets to participate in the paella tasting will be sold on Saturday, August 10, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will cost 2.50 euros per ticket, It includes a plate, bread, 1 drink and covered.
Younger children can enjoy activities scheduled for them on Monday, August 12.
The children's afternoon will begin, at 18 hours, with 'The Magic Suitcase', by the hand of Mar Vidal.
Then there will be paint and globofexia for all the children attending and the musical performance of the 'Duet Mónica'.
On Tuesday, August 13, the ribbon race and the Dance Contest will be held, the winners of which will be announced the next day.
The last day to register for this activity will take place the day before.
The Sweets and Desserts Contest will be held on Wednesday, August 14, after which the Coexistence Dinner will be held, in which all the campers families can participate.
The night will be enlivened by the musical group 'Mariachi Veracruz'.
At around 7:00 pm, the offerings of non-perishable food will be delivered to those most in need.
On the national holiday, August 15, the Mass and subsequent Procession of the Virgin Our Lady of the Angels will be held, with the orchestra 'Maestro Esteban Musical Association'.
On Friday, August 16, numerous activities have been scheduled, such as the walking tour to La Cala Parreño, the Gran Chocolatada and the trophies for the winners of the different competitions.
The end of these festivities will be celebrated on Saturday, August 17 with the Raffle Prize, a raffle for gifts and Peta de Globos.
