Sabotage Theater represents this Friday'Was Soll Icht Tun ?: Immigration, origin slavery' in the Civil War Shelters (16/05/2019)

'Was Soll Icht Tun ?: Immigration, origin slavery' is the stage proposal that the company Sabotaje Teatro puts on stage this Friday, May 17, at 8 pm, at the Museum of Civil War Shelters.

This activity is framed within the festival Much More May.

Theater Sabotage presents the result of the investigation on foreigners and work carried out during the last months and that has concluded with a week of residence in the scenic box of the Párraga.

A staging where the irruption of reality merges with a careful visual dramaturgy from stories of immigrants from our city and Spaniards who have worked in Germany.

An old rage-bearer voice, and a dancer with functional diversity who no longer dances, speaks.

This second production of Sabotaje Teatro is part of a trilogy around work that began with 'Azul Kieslowski', which we also saw in Much More May.

In this case, the old problem of foreigners is approached from a political point of view - what we do with the other, mirror of ourselves - and personal - what is the elastic limit of uprooting, of disenchantment?

In 'Was soll ich tun?'

We have testimonies of those who come and those who leave: foreigners who develop their professional work in the field of Cartagena, in the care of our children and elderly or Spaniards who have recently worked in Germany, France or England.

All this is articulated through a theatricality that reflects on its own nature and in which live music, integrated dance, documentary theater and a scenic poetic practice are combined.

Admission is free until full capacity is reached.
