Cs Cartagena will create a new Advice Point for Entrepreneurs to facilitate the creation of companies (03/05/2019)

The liberal party will promote, through fiscal ordinances and administrative simplification, the installation of companies throughout the municipality, "especially in the areas most abandoned by PP and PSOE and that suffer significantly worse socio-economic indicators and labor," says the liberal spokesman, Manuel Padín

Cs Cartagena will create a new Advisory Point for Entrepreneurs (PAE) in the City of Cartagena to facilitate the creation of new companies by providing information, document processing, advice, training and support for business financing.

The proposal of the Liberal Party, which aims to complement the service provided by the Chamber of Commerce of Cartagena, has already been included in the economic section of its program for municipal elections and will crystallize through an Information Center and Network for the Creation of Companies (CIRCE), which includes the Telematic Processing System (STT) and the Single Electronic Document (DUE) that allows free entrepreneurs to perform all the initial procedures for the start-up of a business in a single act.

"The PAE will be preceded by the corresponding agreement with the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism," says the Cs spokesman who recalls that "this system is already applied successfully in many Spanish municipalities, in the city of Murcia there are five Information Points to public entrepreneurs while in Cartagena we only have the Chamber of Commerce. "

"It is not just about facilitating the procedures to register companies and freelancers, but about a complete service to promote new business fabric and facilitate their survival after the first years."

The candidate of Cs to the mayor of Cartagena, who has attended today the closing of the Ordinary General Assembly 40th anniversary of the COEC, stressed that the new PAE will be integrated into the Municipal Office of the Entrepreneur of Cartagena, "to centralize all the information and have a personalized guardianship, our City must offer a unique space to carry forward with guarantees a business initiative and stop discouraging our entrepreneurs from Councilorship in Council in search of authorizations and requirements, "said the Liberal spokesman, Manuel Padín, who advances that this office "will optimize the communication between municipal and regional departments, simplify the administrative paperwork for the different authorizations and to access the aids, the lines of credit, and subsidies to support a venture that today bleeds into Cartagena for excessive bureaucracy. "

On the other hand, Ciudadanos already has prepared a proposal for tax ordinances that it wants to include in the tax and fiscal system from the municipal elections that "safeguards the necessary financial balance to strengthen public services and reward families from Cartagena for their effort during so many years of crisis ", said the liberal spokesman in Cartagena, Manuel Padín who has announced that" Cs will apply municipal tax credits to companies and self-employed workers and will encourage the creation of new businesses and the installation of businesses throughout the municipality, especially in the areas most abandoned by the previous administrations and that suffer in a significant way the worst socioeconomic and labor indicators ".

Worrying data for Cartagena

Citizens remember that the latest data offered by the Tax Agency and the Regional Statistics Center (CREM) highlight alarming levels of poverty and unemployment in some neighborhoods and councils of Cartagena, "in the last quarter of 2018 only six locations, San Antón ( 3,878), El Plan (2,746), Santa Lucía (950), Rincón de San Ginés (854), Canteras (555) and El Algar (534) accounted for 80 percent of unemployment outside the city and 57, 3 In addition, the Tax Agency recently warned that El Albujón and La Aljorra are two of the towns with lower income in Spain with 15,998 euros and 16,265 respectively when the municipality average is 20,548, "if we do not generate wealth and employment in our peripheral areas we are condemned to increase the progress gap with other Spanish municipalities, "says Manuel Padin who blames the abandonment of these towns to decades of indifference and unfair budgets of

PP and PSOE ".

Finally, Cs advances that industry and tourism will have a prominent place in the program, "have been and will be in the coming years being the engines of growth and regional progress in Cartagena but despite our potential, neither PP, nor PSOE have known how to take advantage of this structural unemployment that we have in Cartagena of 17 percent in the last four years. "

The economic program of Citizens has taken into account "the Strategic Analysis of the Economy of the District of Cartagena, carried out together with the Polytechnic University of Cartagena, and some of its conclusions that go through redouble the work to promote Trade, Training , New Technologies and the improvement of the relationship with public administrations with business groups ".

No infrastructure slows growth

"Without the pending infrastructures - AVE, Mediterranean Corridor, Logistics Activities Zone, Port of El Gorguel and regional airport at full capacity - the economic growth of the Comarca will never take off", defends Manuel Padín who assures that his party has the tools and the necessary push to take all those strategic projects forward.
