On Saturday, March 30 at 7:30 pm, the Theater and Dance Gala of the amateur groups of Cartagena will take place at Plaza San Francisco.

The event is held within the events scheduled by the Department of Culture of the City of Cartagena to mark the celebration of World Theater Day.

The Catagena Performing Arts Platform and the Municipal Theater School have organized this activity.

These acts follow the objective set by the ITI (International Theater Institute) of `allowing theater communities to promote their work so that governments and opinion leaders are aware of the value and importance of theater and support it '.

At the Theater and Dance gala they will participate: Teatro del Desván, which will represent 'Esperando a Godot' and 'Figurantes';

the Ana López Dance School with "Alice in the Wonderland";

María Jesús Ruíz, solo singer who will perform "Soñar contigo" and "O mio bambino Caro";

the Apolo Theater School of El Algar will perform "Retales de Teatro";

the School of Dance and Movement Margarita Amante, who will perform: "Coppelia" "Don Quixote" and "Swan Lake" and "Moments", Jaloque Theater will represent "The adventures of Pedrito de Valdivia", Aladroque Theater & Dance School Mamen Baños will perform "Ojalá" and Diderot Teatro will perform "Extraño".

SAMPLE WITH MICROESCENE AND TEXTS

On Sunday, March 31 from 12 o'clock, the protagonist is for the students of the Municipal Theater School, a Sample with Micro scenes and texts to celebrate the Theater, where the different groups participate: children, youth and adults.
