This Friday, March 15, in El Luzzy, the first Semifinal of the Municipal Dance Contest was held, addressed to Clubs of the Elderly of Cartagena.
The contest is organized by the Department of Social Services of the City of Cartagena.
The first semifinal has had the presence of the Councilor for Social Services, Mercedes García.
In this contest, which began in the month of January, 15 couples from different senior clubs participated.
They are being prepared at the youth resource center since its inception, by the School Ballroom Dancing Do we dance?
of Cartagena, during two days a week in the modalities of Vals, Tango and Pasodoble.
This semifinal has not been eliminatory, passing all the contestants with the score obtained to the final that will be on April 25.
There have also been exhibitions by the dancers of the Municipal School of Dance of the Department of Sports and the School of Ballroom Dancing, which will be alternated with the different modalities of the contest.
