The Neighborhood Association of Campillo de Adentro and Hidrogea have organized a tree plantation that took place this morning in that place, in order to contribute to the improvement of their environment.
The activity, which took place all morning and brought together many neighbors and volunteers of the company itself, ended with some crumbs, courtesy of the Neighborhood Association for all attendees.
Hidrogea has donated the 300 cypress trees that have been planted to repopulate the most unprotected areas, thus creating natural barriers against solar radiation and water and wind erosion.
It is an environmental improvement that the company that manages the integral water cycle in Cartagena frames in its Corporate Responsibility policy, to contribute to the fulfillment of the commitments made by the United Nations in the joint fight against climate change.
