Three thousand pre-university students come to Cartagena in the next four weeks to get to know the UPCT (18/01/2019)

Around 3,000 students from more than fifty centers in the Region of Murcia, Almeria and Alicante will come to Cartagena from next Monday to learn about the facilities and the academic offer of the UPCT (Polytechnic University of Cartagena) and the employability of your titles.

A guided tour bilingual, next Tuesday, will announce the training offered in English in different degrees of the UPCT, including Telecommunications, Agronomists, Tourism or ADE.

The students study ESO (Compulsory Secondary Education), Bachillerato and FP.

Upon arrival, they will visit the Casa del Estudiante and various centers, services such as the CRAI Library and research and teaching laboratories of the UPCT.

They will also be able to see the classrooms and the different campuses.

After visits to the Polytechnic, scheduled between January 21 and February 15, the Promotion team of the UPCT will move to institutes and colleges that teach Bachillerato and FP to explain to students the offer of studies of Degrees of the Polytechnic of Cartagena

The visits to centers will take place from March 4 to April 5 and will also take place in the Region and neighboring provinces.

In these visits it is expected to present the UPCT to another 5,000 students.

This initiative involves fifty people: 25 volunteer students and many others among professors, research staff and administration and services personnel.

The program of visits to publicize the UPCT complements the Open Doors Conference, which will take place on April 6, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
