As to whether the product is defective or does not conform to the announced, the buyer is entitled to repair or replacement.
If this is not possible, you may request a full or partial refund.
Another of the useful information disseminated by the OMIC of Cartagena is that of informing that in the distance or off-site purchases there is a period of 14 days to terminate the contract without justifying the reason.
Returning the product should recover all the money.
And finally, the Municipal Office of Consumer Information of Cartagena recommends that, as far as possible, be paid by credit card and that bank transfers be avoided.
