Open the deadline for submitting applications for the Christmas market (08/11/2018)

The Department of Public Services, through the Bureau of Markets, has opened the deadline for the submission of applications for the market of Christmas crafts and costume jewelry, from today Thursday, November 8 until Thursday, November 15, both inclusive.

The flea market, which is set up for the Christmas holidays, will be open from December 6 until January 6.

The number of authorizations to be granted for this market is 30, whose positions will have a sales schedule to the public from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., daily.

In addition, the schedule will be extended exceptionally on the night of January 5, which will be until midnight.

Due to the characteristics of these markets, the stands will be installed by means of stand-type modules, demanding that they be all equal, with maximum defined dimensions of 4x2 meters.

In addition, all interested parties are reminded that, as dictated by the Municipal Ordinance regulating mobile sales in the municipality of Cartagena (Article 18.4): "All applications submitted after the deadline will not be taken into account."

DOCUMENTATION TO PRESENT:

For the exercise of itinerant or non-sedentary sales, the natural or legal person must meet the following requirements:

Submit completed instance.

Submit a Responsible Declaration accompanied by a photocopy of your DNI / NIE of both the applicant and the collaborator in the case of an individual.

If it is a legal entity: In addition to the aforementioned documentation, CIF, Deed of Constitution of the Company, appointment of representative and collaborators.

Photographic dossier of the product to be sold.

Document accrediting having paid the fee for processing the license granting file (85.76 Euros).

Be up to date with payment of obligations with the state or municipal public treasury.

Comply with the requirements and conditions required in its specific legislation for the commercialization and sale of the products to be offered.

In the case of street vendors from non-EU countries, they must, if they are natural persons, be in possession of the corresponding permits or authorizations required by the regulations on foreigners, and, in the case of legal entities, be legally constituted and registered in the corresponding Mercantile Registry.

Only in the case of being awarded a job, in the three days following notification of the award and before the start of the activity, must submit:

Civil Liability Insurance, receipt of having paid the corresponding annuity.

Document that proves to be registered in the corresponding section of the Economic Activities Tax (IAE).

In the case of exemption or non-restraint in accordance with the specific regulations governing this Tax, they will present the registration copy in the census of taxpayers.

Being registered in the Social Security, as well as up-to-date with your tax obligations with this Organization

Instances may be downloaded from the electronic headquarters of the municipal website, or be removed in person from the citizen service offices (OMITAS, City Hall, Security Park, ...)
