The union section of CSIF in the City of Cartagena requests the precautionary suspension of a high position of the Local Police of the Consistory and denounces the mismanagement and planning on the part of the Local Police Headquarters.
CSIF has had access to two complaints, conveniently registered, that contain facts that could be constitutive of crimes, being some of them in full phase of instruction before the Court of Instruction number three of Cartagena.
Both denunciations are directed in front of a high position of the Local Police of the Cartagena town hall, all of which seriously damages the image of this City Council as well as its Police Headquarters, at the expense of the final result of the same.
The trade union section requests the Local Administration to clarify responsibilities, initiate disciplinary proceedings that are pertinent and approve, against the researched, the same precautionary measure of suspension that has been applied to the rest of the officials who have found themselves in this situation.
CSIF has already won, in litigation-administrative, three trials before the City of Cartagena, having been confirmed their sentences by the Superior Court of Justice of Murcia.
All of them, caused by reasons intimately related to the management of the current Local Police Headquarters of this City Council, related to movements of public employees without respecting the regulations, denial of holidays without motivating, and the lack of recognition and payment of certain remunerations.
From the union section of CSIF we consider that more than 80% of the current problems of the Local Police in this City Council are linked to the "strategic plan" agreed between the aforementioned Headquarters and the already ex-councilor Francisco Aznar, who ignored the indications of CSIF on its non-viability.
