The MC Cartagena Group, through its councilor and responsible for Sports, Ricardo Segado, will ask at the next Plenary for the state of cession of sports facilities of municipal ownership of Playa Paraíso, where the Sports Club La Manga develops its activities.
In this sense, Segado recalled that municipal sports infrastructure, such as pavilions or soccer fields, are currently under different management formulas.
"The ideal scenario to which we must aspire is direct public management by the Department of Sports," said the mayor, who also noted that "we are facing a network of transfer agreements in which, may be, there are some cases in legal limbo, because they are expired or resolved. "

That is why MC will ask if there is an agreement for the cession of use between the City Council and the Sports Club La Manga on said sports facilities, and if so, that the state in which it is located be clarified.
Finally, the councilor will request to be informed about the situation of the technical and administrative conditions to take public tender management of this facility commissioned by the mowing itself, dated December 4, 2017, still occupying the responsibilities as mayor of Sports, sent to the coordinator of Sports Activities.
