The Hiking Club celebrated last Sunday, October 21, a solidarity march in favor of the collective of social collaboration and support for children, La Botica del Libro.

The event was attended by the Councilor for Sports, Manuel Mora, who was accompanied to the participants in this solidarity sports event.

The organizers prepared two itineraries: route A, with an average difficulty of 13 km and a height of 400 meters, departing from Santa Lucia and crossing the entire coastline passing through Calvario to Cala Cortina, Battery C5 and C3, breakwater to the lighthouse and return to Saint Lucia;

and route B, a family route of low difficulty and 5.5 kilometers away, which also left Santa Lucía towards Cala Cortina and Faro de la Curra.

Once back to the esplanade of the Neighborhood Association of Santa Lucia, drinks were served to the participants of the test, the gifts of the sponsors were raffled and the delivery of the financial aid of 1,000 euros, obtained by the Club, took place. de Aguitura Hiking, for the NGO La Botica del Libro.
