The mayor, Ana Belén Castejón, has given an account in the Governing Board of the decrees by which the areas of municipal government are reorganized, that already yesterday Thursday ahead of the media, in order to face the final stretch of his mandate and on the occasion of the incorporation into his team of the councilor Mercedes García, and soon, Manuel Mora.
Likewise, as a consequence of this, the Governing Board has approved the delegation of competencies of it in these areas, as usual.
In another order of things, the Board has approved the granting of direct aid to social entities.
Thus, it has approved the granting of a 25,000 euro grant to the Coordinating Center of the Diocesan Caritas of Cartagena;
another of 35,000 euros to the Nursing Home of the Sisters of the Poor and another of 25,000 euros to the Marraja Foundation.
Finally, the Board has approved the bases for the temporary employment of a German teacher.
The selection system will be through an opposition contest, which will be convened shortly.
