The Municipal Archaeological Museum will screen a film series based on the lives of women who have made history (09/07/2018)

The Municipal Archaeological Museum has scheduled for the months of July, August and September the Summer Film Cycle in the Museum Garden, under the theme Women who have made history, so they will screen large biographical films that show the role of women in the history.

The goal is to make known the stories of women from different periods and different areas with common features: intelligence, strength, perseverance and rebellion, and that penetrated the public sphere, breaking the dams of his time.

In July it will open the Hidden Figures program, followed by Gorillas en la Niebla and Amelia;

while in August the screening of Madame Curie, Elizabeth, Joan of Arc, Agora and Cleopatra will arrive at the Municipal Archaeological Museum.

The cycle, in which the City of Cartagena collaborates, will close in September with the feature films Las Troyanas and Ifgenia.
