The Local Government Board, meeting this morning, under the chairmanship of the mayor, Ana Belén Castejón, has approved the purchase of land from Solvia and its resulting rights in the Hondón Partial Plan.

The Partial Plan of the Hondón covers an area of about 900,000 square meters.

The company Podecasa, owned 70 percent by the City Council and 30 percent by the Autonomous Community, owns 50 percent of that area.

The part that Solvia will sell to the consistory constitutes 25 percent;

while the other 25 percent is Reyal Urbis.

The Partial Plan determined the following adjudication of the buildability in the resulting plots: 42 percent for PODECASA;
