The Urban Planning Commission reports the dismissal of the appeal against the construction of a hotel in Los Urrutias (31/05/2018)

The Informative Commission of Urbanism, gathered this afternoon, under the presidency of the councilor of the area Francisco Aznar, has favorably ruled the dismissal of the appeal for reinstatement filed by Ecologists in Action against the agreement of the City Council on February 12, 2018 that approved definitively the detailed study in blocks 18.2, 19 and 20 of the Perla de Levante Partial Plan.

This is the detailed study that will lead to the construction of a hotel in this area of ​​Los Urrutias.

In the dismissal of the appeal is argued by both the municipal legal and the Autonomous Community the legal impossibility of subjecting environmental impact to a detailed study, since this is a prior control instrument reserved for urban plans and programs.

The opinion has counted on the favorable votes of PSOE and Citizens;

the abstention of PP and MC Cartagena;

and the vote against CTSSP.

The Commission has also favorably approved the final approval of a detailed study in the Peroniño street of the Barrio de la Concepción presented by the merchants Urgo Negocios, SL and Trazados Urbanos siglo XXI, SL

With this procedure, it is a question of adjusting the levels of a plot with the rest of the adjoining ones, after having been accepted by the owner the allegation of a neighbor, for questions of a civil nature.

The vote has counted on the favorable votes of all the municipal groups, except CTSSP that has abstained.

Finally, the final approval of the detailed study in Block 2 of the Campo de la Rosa Partial Plan, delimited by the streets Carmen Conde, Doctor Valenciano, Félix Martín Alpera and Francisco Salzillo, has been favorably pronounced with the abstentions of MC Cartagena and CTSSP. and presented by EMASA.

The detailed study, which has not received any allegations during its public exhibition phase, orders the volume of the building area of ​​the plot.

Specifically, it is intended to completely cover the ground floor, to the detriment of buildability in other plants.
