On the occasion of the information published today by the newspaper La Verdad on the short-term plans that the Ministry of Health has to improve two medical centers in Cartagena, the spokesman for the orange training, Manuel Padín, has informed that his Parliamentary Group will continue his intention to oversee the work of the Community to improve health care in Cartagena, "we are pleased that the regional government meets the demand that neighbors and Cs have been making for Barrio Peral, but the deficiencies in the health facilities of this municipality do not begin or they end up with this health center, or with Santa Ana, we want, need and deserve more. "As today the Federation of Neighbors reminds us, the dependencies of La Aljorra, Pozo Estrecho, Los Urrutias, Los Belones, Miranda, Alumbres, El Algar, San Antón or La Vaguada remain on the waiting list in matters that are not always they correspond to the municipal competence, and that is precisely what we are going to ask our regional deputies, who try to start an investment commitment and a calendar of actions to the Ministry for all these problems, "said the orange spokesman.

"The emergency exit of La Vaguada, the extension in La Aljorra, Alumbres, or El Algar, the control of the schedules in Pozo Estrecho, are issues that must be assumed by the Community, while others that have to do with maintenance and the cleaning are municipal, and by agreement ", Manuel Padín explained.

In short, Ciudadanos wants to control the execution and equity of the investments foreseen in the Action Program for the Impulse and Improvement of Primary Care, which involves an investment of 70 million in infrastructure in 14 municipalities until the year 2022, "we want a Fair distribution of the investment in the municipalities, especially Cartagena due to their urgent needs, and control that this program has been designed according to the priorities in each health area ".
