The cycle of conferences of the Carthaginians and Romans Cultural Week begins The talks will take place from May 14 to 17 at the Roman Theater Museum (15/05/2018)

The Museum of the Roman Theater of Cartagena is carrying out during this week from Monday, May 14 to Thursday, May 17 a cycle of conferences framed in the Cultural Week of Carthaginians and Romans taught by historians, archaeologists and criminologists.

On Monday, May 14th, the lecturer of Ancient History, Juan Antonio Belmonte, began this lecture series with the paper Phoenician, Punic and / or Carthaginian Identities.

Also, the professor in Archeology Fernando Quesada will give this Tuesday, May 15, the talk Fields of fighting of the Iberians in the time of Hannibal.

On Wednesday, May 16, it will be the turn of the exhibition The Historical March on Qart Hadast Via Scipions, by the historian José Miguel Gallego.

Finally, Thursday 17 will close this cycle of lectures Cartagena criminologist Víctor Navarro with the conference Crimes and punishments of Ancient Rome.

All the talks will take place at 8 pm and the entrance will be free until the capacity is reached.
